Yes — we handle transport Australia-wide. Local Tasmanian clients receive free delivery, and interstate clients receive free port‑to‑port shipping. We make transport simple so your unit arrives safely and on time.

All Versa Built units come with a 12‑month structural warranty across the entire build. If anything isn’t right, we stand behind our workmanship and make it right.

Our payment structure is simple: 25% deposit to secure your build slot, 25% progress payment at the scheduled start of your build, and 50% final payment on completion once you’re happy with the finished product.

Absolutely. We have years of experience and real‑world feedback, so we know what layouts actually work. We can design a complete floor plan for you, or refine your own ideas. If it works, we don’t fix it — but we always welcome your personal spin.
